However, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason or simply don’t want it, you can return it immediately to the courier without making any payment.

We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of our open-parcel-before-payment service to avoid any issues later. There will be no refund after you accept the parcel and pay after satisfaction.
